Help with Olympus SoftwareHow do I know which software version I am running?
Open your Olympus dictation or transcription software. On the "Help" menu select "About DSS Player" and this will list your software version number and your Serial ID. For additional help click here.

Transcriptions SoftwareAll the voice files go directly to my finished tray.
This is a bug in the software you will need to load the latest software patch to resolve this issue. Please check which software version you are running to ensure you install the correct software. [software_downloads.html]
I have marked a voice file as complete, but now I need to retrieve it.
Open your Olympus transcription software and look in the finished tray, locate the voice file that you would like to put back into your queue and "right-hand mouse" click on that file, then select "Change the Status" select "Pending" or "Unfinished", then select the folder you wish to put the file back into, the file is then returned to that folder you specified.
Dictation SoftwareI cannot find my voice files.
